RE: ANNUAL ELECTION OF OFFICERS AND TRUSTEES –
2011

In accordance with the By-Laws of the Bergen County Bar Association notice is
hereby given that the Annual Election of Officers and Trustees will take place
at the Annual Meeting of the Association on Tuesday, April 12, 2011.

Article
V.4.b Nomination for Officers and Trustees:

“Nominations shall be made upon the recommendation of the Nominating Committee submitted to the Secretary of the Association not less than sixty (60) days prior to the date fixed for the next Annual Meeting, or by petition signed by not less than twenty-five (25) active members of the Association submitted to the Secretary of the Association notless than forty-five (45) days prior to the date fixed for the next Annual Meeting.”

The Nominating Committee of the Bergen County Bar Association has adopted the
following recommendations:

President-Elect William C. Bochet

First Vice-President Gerald R.Salerno

Second Vice President Linda H.Schwager

Treasurer Robert E. Laux

Secretary Michael J.Epstein

For the position of Trustee for a three year term, which term shall expire in 2014:

Jason E. Foy Lawrence M. Simon

Eileen P. Mulroy Marcia K.Werner

Gregg A. Padovano

To fill the unexpired term of the successful Secretary candidate:

Edward S. Kiel

Nominations by petition must be submitted to the Association’s Secretary Robert E. Laux, c/o
BCBA 15 Bergen Street, The George W. Newman Law Building, Hackensack, NJ 07601
on or before Thursday, February 24, 2011.

As noted above, the Annual Meeting and Election of Officers and Trustees will take
place on, Tuesday April 12, 2011. A reservation form for the Annual Meeting and
Beefsteak Dinner will appear in future monthly mailings.
