ATTORNEYS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT CLAIMS AGAINST NEW JERSEY THROUGH ONLINE PORTAL

Starting July 11, all tort and contract claims filed against the state of New Jersey must be submitted through a digital portal on the state’s website. The new process is required for claims involving all state departments, agencies, employees and officials, including state colleges and universities except for Rutgers University.
