The General Equity Committee of the BCBA is proud to announce its 2025 Seminar. Bergen County’s Chancery Division has a new presiding judge and chancellor. In this Seminar, Judges DiBiasi and Ostuni will address their individual practices and procedures, case management, and current issues important to Chancery practice in Bergen County. The seminar will also touch on the ever-growing area of special fiscal agents, receivers, and remedies in the Chancery Court and current issues in probate court.

This in-person seminar is approved for 2.0 NJ CLE credits.
