The impact of COVID-19 on the economy in general and on the construction industry in particular has been profound. Work stoppage and delay became the norm as Executive Orders and other restrictions took effect across the tristate area and country. This program will address: contractors’ and their attorneys’ responses to work stoppage and delay; schedule and delay analysis; important contract provisions to consider and employ; the financial of work stoppage and delay.
