This course offers a review of the pandemic’s impact on criminal jury selection as set forth in a series of COVID-era decisions such as State v. Little, State v. Dangcil, and State v. Andujar. The course will also provide practice tips on COVID-era jury selection and a brief discussion of the future of peremptory challenges and voir dire questions.
