A seminar discussing the mediation process and how it is utilized in the Chancery Court together with the use of special fiscal agents in certain cases. Also, how to determine whether a matter should be filed in the Law Division or the Chancery Division when handling cases involving a business dispute. The Seminar will also address the most recent and pressing topics in cases in Chancery practice.
