The speakers will review the practice skills necessary to assist consumers in defending debt collection matters, including medical debts, debt buyers, auto deficiencies, review of discovery and motion practice, common evidentiary problems in collection actions, Use of FDCPA, TCPA, CFA, etc., overview of trial, and settlement and mediation skills.

This in-person CLE is approved for 2.0 NJ CLE credits.
