This 2-hour in-person CLE will satisfy Rule 1:40:12(c) , which states:

Effective September 1, 2017, Rule 1:40-12(c) has been amended as follows:

(1) New Arbitrators: After attending the initial training, a new arbitrator shall attend continuing training after two years. Thereafter, an arbitrator shall attend continuing training every four (4) years.

(2) Roster Arbitrators: Arbitrators who have already attended the initial training and at least one (1) continuing training shall attend continuing training every four (4) years.

This in-person seminar is approved for 2.0 NJ CLE credits.
