This seminar will provide tips from the bench on all aspects of motion practice in civil cases pending in federal court. The goal is that both experienced federal practitioners and those with limited federal experience will walk away from the seminar with some useful pointers to implement in their practices.

This in-person seminar will be held in the ground-floor conference room of Cohn Lifland Pearlman Herrmann & Knopf and is approved for 2.0 NJ CLE credits.
