The NJSBA’S Family Law Executive Committee is asking all family law practitioners to complete the survey below so that we may gather data on Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”). The survey includes questions about mediation, arbitration, parenting coordination, and the Court Rules governing ADR. It also addresses our Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel system. They have prepared this survey to provide the benefit of the community-at-large’s wisdom. The data gathered from this survey will inform our strategies and recommendations for implementing change.
